This site is published for information. You are welcome to read it, use the calculators and follow the links.

Accuracy

Prices, pack counts and specifications are read from our product data feed and carry the date of the update that produced them. They change without notice, and the figure at the retail partner at the moment you order is the one that counts. Where no buyable offer existed at our last update we show no price rather than a stale one.

Nothing is bought from this site. Payment, delivery, cancellation and returns all happen at the retail partner where you complete the order, under that partner's own terms. We take no payments here and hold no stock of our own.

Faults and warranty

There is no published warranty period on these products, and this site does not quote one. Anyone who tells you the length of a warranty on them should be able to show you where it is written down.

What that leaves in practice. A faulty or damaged item is handled where the order was placed: the retail partner's returns process covers items that arrive broken, incomplete or not as described, and it is the fastest route because that is where the transaction and the payment live.

Tell us as well at contact@bthfst.net if something arrives wrong. We cannot process the return, but a pattern of the same fault is worth knowing about and worth saying on the product page.
