About BTHFST
We make furniture for rooms that ran out of floor. The BTHFST range covers 145 pieces across 6 departments: bunk beds and loft beds, bed frames, TV stands, desks and vanities, and the dressers and storage that go around them. Most of the range builds upwards, because a small room is won or lost in the space above the floor rather than on it.
The useful thing to know about us is the boring one. We measure a piece before we describe it. All 145 carry their full dimensions, and where a piece states a load figure it sits on the page as a figure rather than as an adjective. A bed that will not clear your ceiling is not a matter of opinion, and neither is a doorway.
Where to buy
Our range is sold through a retail partner. Every buy button takes you there, and the purchase, the payment, the delivery and any return happen at their checkout under their terms. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
How we present the range
- Real figures, dated. Drawer counts, stated sizes, load figures and prices belong to the piece they sit under, and each one carries the date of the update that produced it.
- No price we cannot stand behind. When a piece stops being orderable it comes off the range, page and all, and returns when its price does. A number you cannot act on is not information.
- The specification. What a page carries is the specification for that piece, and a set of questions it actually answers: the size, the material, the fit and what the piece is for.
- Materials counted, not described. Steel where it carries, board where it panels, certified stock where the piece states it. The counts come from the specifications of all 145 pieces.
Guides and safety pages
We write the descriptions ourselves from the stated facts, and sort the range into departments that make sense to somebody furnishing a room rather than to a stock list. Where a page touches safety, we read the published guidance from a national body first and print the date we read it beside the link. How our figures are made.
